Based in Chesapeake, Virginia, Sergio has an impressive career background that includes leading IBM's Watson Business in Latin America, where he successfully scaled operations in AI-driven solutions.
Currently, he serves as the CEO of Euler Innovations, a Virginia-based firm that bridges the US and Peru in a TravelTech initiative focusing on Artificial Intelligence. Sergio is also an advisor to several startups across the United States and internationally, offering mentorship to IT professionals, immigrants, underrepresented individuals, and emerging businesses.
He holds advanced degrees, including an MBA from the University of Lima and a Master in Management from Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona, and has completed executive programs at MIT and Harvard. Among his numerous accolades, he has been recognized in the Marquis Who's Who in America and awarded the US EB2 NIW Visa for his outstanding contributions in IT and AI applications.
Sergio is dedicated to fostering sustainable and innovative solutions, such as promoting social sustainability in tourism through his ongoing TravelTech projects in Peru, specifically in regions like Lima, Ica, and Cusco. Beyond his professional achievements, he values mentorship and empowering underrepresented communities.
Sergio is originally from Peru, a purpose driven person and has been happily married to Lourdes for 20 years. Together, they are raising two children: Benjamín (Benji), 15; and Rebeca, 10, the inspiration behind the Rebeca project. He enjoys spending quality time with his family, whether at home, playing sports, or traveling. Sergio was awarded the EB2 NIW visa, a recognition granted to individuals with exceptional abilities whose work serves the national interest of the United States.
