Sergio Sotelo Joined the UN Tourism AI Forum Panel on Enhancing the Tourist Experience with AI

On July 31, Sergio Sotelo had the honor of participating as a panelist at the Forum on Artificial Intelligence and Tourism for the Americas (#70CAMPeru), organized by UN Tourism in Lima, Peru.
During the session, the panel explored how AI is reshaping tourism by creating more personalized, inclusive, and culturally resonant experiences. In his remarks, Sergio emphasized how companies and destinations can prepare to harness AI effectively:
